Videonot.es (http://www.videonot.es/) is an online tool that allows you to take notes while watching a video.  The notes are synced up with the time in the video and can be shared out thanks to the integration with your Google Drive account.  This can be used by a teacher who wants to have questions posed at various points in the video or by students to take notes while watching a video for class.
