With sites like Animoto going to a more paid setup, there are not a lot of easy to use options out there for making video slideshows.  We do have access to a tool that can not only allow you to create a video slideshow, it is connected to your Google Drive account and can be shared with anyone you want.  We can use YouTube to create a video slideshow using images and free audio to create a video, which will then allow us to use the annotation tool to add text.  Videos can be up to 15 minutes long and are easily shared.
