I fully believe that we can give better feedback using digital tools than we ever could with analog tools. The ability to give quick feedback that is effective and targeted, will allow us to better help our students in the learning process. Hattie lists effective feedback as one of the most impactful things we can do as an educator and digital feedback gives us more options than ever before on how/what we give for feedback.
Recently CheckMark by EdTechTeam and Kaizena have received updates that improve their effectiveness and efficiency. You can now edit the pre-filled comments in CheckMark with your own comments, targeted to your students and the content, while Kaizena has been streamlined to be used in a Google Doc without having to leave the document.
