With the addition of Add-Ons to Google Docs and Sheets, Flubaroo has been now made into an Add-On.  This is nice since it means that once you download it, it will be available in any Sheet that you use.  There are no big changes to Flubaroo other than it is a little quicker to use.  Flubaroo allows you to easily grade multiple choice responses to a Google Form asa  way to assess your students.  The real advantage to using Flubaroo is that you can easily correct a formative assessment and provide feedback quickly to students as well as being able to quickly analyze the data so you can better adjust your lesson plans.
